Meet Buddy! Buddy is a 1.5 year old Yorkie.  He's full of spunk and fun.  He plays with other dogs and people.  He is very loving and sweet. Buddy goes out for a potty break every few hours and will have an accident if he is not let out during a full work day. Keep this in mind if you work 



long hours.  Buddy does resource guard food so his new parents must have a little training to handle his behavioral needs.  CHR will provide you with a free trainer.  Buddy is an absolute love otherwise.  He was recently groomed.
